  Rent: 195 euros/month.

          Cold water consumption cost, electricity
          and internet are included in the rent,
          but hot water costs not.

  Cost for building cleaning and
  and maintenance is 20 euros/month.

  Deposit: 195 euros. When you arrive and I
  give you the keys, you must to pay the caution
  and the first month  (195+195+20 euros). I will
  return you the caution your last day of stay.
  Alquiler: 195 euros/mes.

          El alquiler incluye los gastos de agua
          fría e Internet, pero el gasto
          en agua caliente no esta incluido.

  Los gastos de comunidad (limpieza del edificio,
  y mantenimiento) son 20 euros/mes

  Fianza: 195 euros. Al llegar, cuando te demos las
  llaves, deberás pagar la fianza y el primer mes
  (195+195+20 euros).  Te devolveremos la fianza
  el último día de estancia en la habitación.
